Technical Support is something IDAP takes very seriously. While we've done everything possible to make our voice messaging systems easy to use you may need assistance from time to time or possibly retraining. We are here to help you.
IDAP does not charge for its Technical Support. You will reach a live person during normal working hours of 7:30am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday West Coast Time. On Weekends and Holidays we are available by e-mail.
